A place to remember them.

Turn on memorial mode and your family library becomes a quiet place to visit: their photos on the walls, candles in the halls, and the stories the family tells about them.

What a memorial library holds.

Their photos

Every frame holds a photo, with its year and a caption. Tag who is in each one so relatives can find themselves.

Voices

Record up to a minute about any photo. The story plays whenever someone opens it.

Candles

Memorial mode softens the light and puts candles in the halls, and visitors can light one of their own.

Guest book

Visitors leave a message. You approve each entry before it shows.

QR card for the service

Print a card with a QR code so guests at the funeral or celebration of life can find the library.

A guided tour

Walk through the photos that matter most and record a clip at each stop for those who visit later.

Private, and free.

Only people with a PIN you made can open the library, and it's kept out of search engines. There are no ads and no tracking. It's free, with nothing to renew; the site runs on donations.

Relatives who'd rather not walk a 3D maze can take the guided tour, use Find a person, or read a printable page of every photo, note and guest-book entry. You can download everything as one zip at any time.

Setting one up.

  1. Make a free library and name it for them.
  2. Upload a batch of their photos. Family members with a PIN can add theirs too.
  3. Inside the library, open the menu and choose Turn on memorial mode.
  4. Print the QR card for the service, and send the link and PINs to family who can't be there.
